Read the complete procedure before starting. The Rev It Up team will guide you through each step via WhatsApp.
Before you start
The official communication channel is Rev It Up WhatsApp: (27) 99740-0978.
Windows laptop
Use a stable Windows laptop with a healthy, fully charged battery or a power source.
Internet
A stable connection is required, at least medium speed. If Wi-Fi is unavailable, use 4G.
Safety
Do not get inside the car until the team tells you to do so.
Step-by-step procedure
Remote access
The team will send a personalized remote-access link. Install the temporary program only when instructed.
Installation
The team will install the KTuner software and drivers. Windows must have administrator access.
Vehicle preparation
Connect the KTuner to the OBD2 port, connect USB to the laptop and turn the ignition to position 2 without starting the engine.
Upload and datalog
The team will guide the upload and, when necessary, the datalog. Reply “done” on WhatsApp after each requested action.
Upload precautions
- Do not start the engine; keep the ignition in position 2.
- Turn off headlights, audio, fan and other accessories.
- Do not move the laptop or allow the USB cable to lose contact.
- Keep both vehicle and laptop batteries sufficiently charged.
- The upload usually takes 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the vehicle.

The personalized remote-access link will be provided by Rev It Up during the service.
After calibration
Verification
Complete the verification datalog when requested. The team will guide any new upload if adjustments are needed.
Shutdown
Turn off the ignition when instructed and wait for the team's confirmation.
Packaging
Place the KTuner back in its box with the foam inserts. Keep the box and sticker envelope.
Return
Ship the KTuner by Sedex on the same day or by the next business day. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
